The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds of appeal on the grounds of unfair sentencing. 2. Although the judgment of this court did not have any criminal power against the defendant, the above argument by the defendant disputing this point cannot be accepted, considering the following as a whole: although the crime of this case was committed by the defendant after the victim's personal body photograph was stamped, and then the crime of this case was committed by the defendant to transmit his photograph to the defendant's will; and the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, family relationship, motive, means and consequence of the crime of this case, and other various circumstances which are the conditions of sentencing, including the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, family relationship, motive, means and consequence of the crime of this case;

3. Accordingly, we cannot accept the Defendant’s appeal under Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
