B is a person who is working as the representative of occupants of the E-House E-gu Seoul Metropolitan City from June 13, 2016, and Defendant A is a person employed as the managing director of the above apartment on August 11, 2016 and served as the managing director from around that time to August 11, 2017.

1. After the Defendants discussed by removing the above notice, the Defendants instructed the above apartment guard staff on November 5, 2016 to remove the said notice in the name of the election management commission posted at a total of 13 places in the front bulletin board of each Dong entrance.

As a result, the Defendants conspired and interfered with the election management of the above apartment management committee's dismissal of the same representative.

2. On November 14, 2016, the Defendants: (a) on November 25, 2016, as the result of the pro-con voting for the dismissal of each representative of the above apartment units implemented on the same day, the said election management commission held on November 25, 2016, the title “public announcement of the re-election of the representative of each building (eight)” in order to implement a special election for each representative of the above apartment units, under the title “public announcement of the re-election of the representative of each building (eight).”
