Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 2295"

1. On June 201, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against a victim whose name is unknown; (b) a bicycle, the victim’s name of which is unknown and whose name cannot be identified at the front of Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul ( model name: 3.0) was stolen with a single victim’s seat.

2. On June 5, 2017, at around 20:54, the Defendant stolen the victim’s 100,000 won in cash (200 won f. f. 50 won f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f

3. On June 29, 2017, around 08:35, 2017, the Defendant: (a) invaded the victim G with a structure; and (b) stolen, with a entrance not corrected in the “I Tax Accounting Office” working for the victim G in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H and the third floor; (c) invaded into the said office; and (d) cut off the wall, which was in excess of KRW 200,00 in cash, the victim’s possession, from the bank located on his/her book, at the victim’s house, and then cut off the wall, which was in excess of KRW 350,00 in cash, the market price, and KRW 350,00 in seal.

On July 4, 2017, around 09:20 on July 4, 2017, the victim J, and the thief, the Defendant: (a) invaded into the said office through a closed door, which had not been corrected by the victim J-related office in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu and the second floor; and (b) stolen the victim’s bank equivalent to KRW 30,000, identification card, credit card, and market price of KRW 50,00,000, which was the cash owned by the victim and was kept in custody of the object after intrusion into the said office; and (c) stolen the victim’s bank.

5. At around 02:00 on July 12, 2017, the Defendant stolen one set of Samsung Ggallon, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 700,000,00 in Samsung Gallon, which is the victim’s ownership, from around 02:0 to around 20,00, the victim Ma was stolen.
