1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 30,237,058 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from February 2, 2019 to February 20, 2020.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 26, 2018, the Plaintiff concluded a fire insurance contract with the F management body as follows (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

(1) Insurance type. (1) Insurance type: policyholder: F managing body (2) Insured: each household owner (4): the insurance period from February 4, 2018 to February 3 (5), 2019: the insurance subject-matter/place: Seo-gu Incheon apartment complex (hereinafter “instant apartment complex”).

2) Defendant D Co., Ltd. (former trade name: G Co., Ltd.; hereinafter “Defendant D”) shall be as follows.

Defendant E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant E”) is an insurer who has entered into a product liability insurance contract with Defendant D.

B. On July 21, 2018, around 04:48, 2018, the instant apartment H heading (hereinafter “H heading”)

) The kimchi air conditioners (products manufactured and supplied in around 2004, and hereinafter referred to as “instant kimchi air conditioners”) located in the multi-purpose office.

2) After investigating the scene of a fire, the Daejeon Western Fire Prevention Team prepared the following report on the scene of a fire.

The fire, based on which the point of origin is determined, is limited to the kimchi cooling in a multi-purpose room, and thus, is not found to be inflammable in other parts than the kimchi cooling house, and the mechanical room for controlling the apparatus was dissipated, and the engine room for controlling the apparatus was dissipatedd into the upper part from the side on which the PCB (printed circuit board) was located after the kim air conditioning.
