Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

A license for a small construction machinery operator may obtain a license for the completion of prescribed educational courses on the operation of small construction machinery conducted at an educational institution designated by the City Mayor (or 6 hours in theory, 6 hours in practice).

From September 1, 2014 to September 3, 2014, the Defendant received the certificate of completion of the education illegally issued by D, as if the Defendant completed the education course, even though the Defendant did not have completed the prescribed operation theory and operation practice necessary to obtain a license for a pilot for less than three tons at the C Private Teaching Institutes located in Jinju City from September 1 to September 3, 2014.

On September 11, 2014, the Defendant submitted to the public official in charge of construction and construction management teams a false certificate of completion of education issued by the above D, which is located in 12-lane 9-ro, Nam-do, South-west, South-west, South-west, South-west, and that the Defendant issued a small construction machinery pilot's license to the public official in charge of construction and construction management teams.

Accordingly, the defendant was issued a small-sized construction machinery pilot's license unlawfully and at the same time interfered with the public official in charge of issuing a small-sized construction machinery pilot's license by fraudulent means.
