1. Of the judgment of the first instance, KRW 115,00,000 against the Plaintiff as to the Defendant and its related thereto, from April 11, 201 to October 8, 2015.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On April 10, 201, the Defendant used 15 tons of wait owned by the Plaintiff (a device to fix the side of the washes and to take weight-centered weight; hereinafter “instant wait”). On January 31, 2013, the Plaintiff sold the instantwait to Fein, Co., Ltd., Ltd., along with 550 tons of the Plaintiff’s ownership, due to business difficulties, and the sales amount (total sum of 550 tons of the instantwait) was KRW 2,00,000.
