A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated a commercial sexual traffic business establishment, “E,” in the house village in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, and F conspired to arrange sexual traffic by introducing sexual traffic women in the above E.

Accordingly, around July 2, 2014, F introduced sex trafficking women, including G and H, to the above E, and the Defendant, from July 2, 2014 to July 7, 2014, equipped six guest rooms with the above E 2 floor from July 2, 2014 to July 7, 2014, provided that G and H receive 20,000 won from 70,000 won for unspecified men suffering to engage in sex trafficking, and 50% out of the spacters, which are sexual traffic women, had 50% of the spacters, and arranged for sex trafficking in a way divided between the Defendant and F.

The Defendant conspiredd with F to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes as above.
