A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who sells meat at a street store with approximately three square meters in front of C in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Anyone who intends to engage in meat sales business shall report to the competent authorities in accordance with the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act.

Nevertheless, from December 14, 2019 to May 15, 2020, the Defendant, without reporting the meat sales business to the competent authorities, operated the meat sales business by selling cattle, pigs, etc. to customers who find it with facilities such as one, one, one, and one, which serve as a cooling house, and one, and one, for which a monthly average of 6.9 million won was applied, without reporting the meat sales business to the competent authorities.
