A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Of the facts charged of this case, the prosecution against intimidation is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act against Victims C (collectively weapons, etc. Intimidation);
