A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant reported the marriage in the victim C(n, 32 years of age) and 2000, but was divorced in 2006, again reported the marriage in that year, but became separate due to economic problems, etc. around July 2012.
