A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and a fine of up to five hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

around 23:54 on August 2, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act of 1, 2017, 1175, the following: (a) on the same day: (b) the Defendant was making a false report on the fact that he was unable to see the disturbance at the E dan operated by Kimcheon-si C, and that D was called at around 112 on the same day; (c) the Defendant was engaged in illegal sexual traffic at G in the course of the police box of Kimcheon-gu Police Station, Kimcheon-si Police Station, to which he arrived at the E Ga; and (d) the Defendant was making a false report on the fact that he did not make a false false statement to a public official; and (c) the Defendant was making a false report on the fact that he was a crime or accident.

2. Around 01:40 on August 5, 2017, the Defendant insultd the victims by openly booming the victims on the following grounds: “In the case of two persons, including the victim G, the police box affiliated with the Kimcheon Police Station F commander of the Kimcheon Police Station, and I, D, and customers J, who were dispatched after receiving a report, and demanded the victims to make a statement on the circumstances of the instant case from the victim G, and I, D, and I, and I, the Defendant sexual intercourse with the victims.”

On the same day, the Defendant violated the Emergency Medical Service Act (hereinafter “Emergency Medical Service Act”) committed a disturbance between approximately 25 minutes by force, such as taking aboard the first-aid vehicle, around 02:50, around 119, and arriving in the emergency room for Kimcheon-si Kim 24 Kim Mao-ro, Kimcheon-si, and taking advantage of the large sound called “I am going through a new call at the police station,” and taking a bath to “I am or me to treat,” and taking a bath to “I am out, I am,” thereby interfering with emergency medical services, such as treating patients who have difficulty in respiratory in an emergency room by force.

On December 17, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 7 million due to a violation of road traffic law in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-si branch of the Daegu District Court on December 17, 2009. On January 18, 2013, the same court was sentenced to a fine of KRW 6 months and a suspended sentence of two years for the same crime. However, on August 22, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 7 million.
