Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 25"
1. On October 20, 2009, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim E who was hospitalized at the D Hospital located in Pyeongtaek-si C that “If the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to find the victim to find employment in the Song-si military unit, the Defendant would allow the victim to work as a fire-fighting staff member within three months from the Song-si military unit if he borrowed KRW 20 million.”
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 20 million from the victim on the same day, and received a total of KRW 168,750,000 from the victim, as shown in the attached Table (1) of Crimes List (1).
2. On July 2, 2010, the Defendant made a false statement that “A credit card payment will be made within the nearest time, if he/she lends the credit card payment” at the home of the victim G in Pyeongtaek-siF.
However, there was no intention or ability to repay the money even if the money was borrowed.
As above, the Defendant was issued KRW 88.67 billion in total by nine victims, including by deceiving the victim and receiving KRW 3 million from the victim, as shown in the list of offenses (2) in the attached Table.

1. On February 26, 2010, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim H at the bank outside the jurisdiction of Pyeongtaek-si-dong, stating that “The Defendant would have a knife a knife a knife a knife a knife to find the knife in the military unit located in Pyeongtaek-si-dong.”
However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to find the victim's private villages as a military unit.
The Defendant received 6 million won from the victim’s seat to the account in the name of the Defendant, and 4 million won in the name of introduction around February 28, 2010, respectively, and received 10 million won in total from the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim to take the property by deceiving the victim.
2. On June 26, 2010, the Defendant changed the victim I from the agricultural cooperatives located in Pyeongtaek-si, Young-si, Gyeong-si, to the extent that the victim I is employed by his wife in the military unit located in Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, 15 million won.
