1. The Defendant indicated the survey result map in the attached Form No. 1, 2, 3, and 1 in order to the Plaintiff, among the 234.7 square meters in Seoul Jung-gu.

1. Fact-finding;

A. The ownership relationship and current status of the relevant land 1) Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B large 234.7 square meters (hereinafter “Defendant’s land”).

(2) On December 30, 1976, the land owned by the Defendant was registered for transfer of ownership under the name of the Defendant. (3) The land directly below the Defendant’s land (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”) and the building on the ground (hereinafter “building before the removal of this case”).

The above land and buildings were inherited by the deceased E after completion of each registration of ownership transfer on March 13, 1975, and the F completed the registration of ownership transfer made by each purchase in sequence on June 24, 198 and April 6, 1998 by the Plaintiff.

3) After acquiring the ownership of the Plaintiff’s land and the building before the instant removal, the Plaintiff demolished the said building, newly constructed G on that ground, and currently uses it as a site for G’s building. 4) The Defendant’s land had an unauthorized building owned by H, and there was a fence between the unauthorized building and G (hereinafter “instant fence”).

The instant fence was built by the Plaintiff while building G, and was affected by nine square meters at the bottom of the left-hand side of the Defendant’s land (hereinafter “instant part of the wall”).

The status shall be the same as the indication of the survey result map in the attached Form (1), (2), (3), and (1) in the ship that connects the straight line in sequence.

B. On June 24, 198, the Seoul Jongno-gu I, Jongno-gu, Seoul, including the land of this case, is necessarily required to set up a building on the ground due to the topographical features of the west, west, and west, the land of this case, including the land of this case, was constructed on the said embankment, and the land of the Plaintiff and the Defendant was owned by F, while acquiring the ownership of the Plaintiff’s land and the building before the removal of this case.
