Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine for 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 7, 2019, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around 20:30 on November 20, 2019, the Defendant failed to pay KRW 16,300 of the taxi fare without justifiable grounds, even though he/she boarded a D taxi operated by C in front of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and arrived at a destination.

2. Around 20:40 on Nov. 7, 2019, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim F, a police officer affiliated with the Seoul Gangseo Police Station E-district, Seoul Gangseo Police Station, who was called for a 112 report at the place indicated in paragraph (1), with C, a taxi engineer, and the bit of the bitch bitch bitch.”

3. The Defendant: (a) received 112 report on the date and place specified in Paragraph (2) of the same Article, and sent out to the site, and took the bath from F, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Gangseo Police Station E-gu Seoul Gangseo Police Station, who was dispatched to the site; and (b) committed assault by F with both hands.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
