A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BM7 car.
On November 1, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car at around 03:45, and changed the three-lanes from 29 U.S. Gun 2, Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul to 3-lanes from 3-lanes to 3-lanes from 3-lanes to 2-lanes.
