1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the Parties or in full view of the statements in Gap evidence 1 to 7 (including paper numbers), Eul evidence 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 (including paper numbers), and all the arguments.

On March 10, 2015, the Defendant received a supply of B company house and gymnas construction (hereinafter “instant construction”) from A, and subcontracted the interior construction among the said newly constructed construction to Hadice Co., Ltd. with the construction cost of KRW 371,00,000, the construction period of KRW 371,000, and the construction period from March 10, 2015 to November 17, 2015, the warranty bond rate of KRW 3%, and 40 months after the completion of the defect warranty period.

(2) The subcontractor contract of this case includes the contents that the subcontractor company should pay to the Defendant in cash or in construction mutual aid association, a specialized construction mutual aid association, a surety insurance policy, etc. after completion inspection of the warranty bond.

B. On October 22, 2015, Edice Co., Ltd. re-subcontracted the instant subcontracted construction work by setting the construction cost of KRW 69,300,000 and the construction period of November 15, 2015 to the Plaintiffs.

In addition, Edice Co., Ltd and the Plaintiffs agreed that KRW 44,00,000,000, out of the construction cost of the said sub-subcontracted construction on the same day, Plaintiff Handi Co., Ltd., and KRW 25,300,000, were paid directly by the Defendant

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant sub-subcontract”) C.

The instant Corporation completed around December 2015, and the Defendant paid to Hadice Co., Ltd. the price for the instant subcontracted work, KRW 7,000,000 on July 3, 2015, and the same year.
