Defendants shall be punished by each fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Lak Co., Ltd., as an electronic and other manufacturing company, has M Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary. On April 12, 2007, the company dismissed its employees on the ground of business deterioration in the music production plant located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, for the reason of business deterioration, and closed the factory on August 31, 2008, and employees including Defendant C, etc. thereafter installed a chrouda in the factory and went against it.

After that, on April 10, 2012, theO purchased the above factory from Lakak Co., Ltd., and on August 23, 2012, the Incheon District Court filed a building name lawsuit against the defendant C, etc. who occupied the above factory, and won the lawsuit, and received the Incheon District Court's substitute execution decision on December 6, 2012. On February 1, 2013, the Incheon District Court forced four persons, including F, etc., where the execution officer, etc. had been executed in the above factory.

Defendant

C, D, and E were members of Bupyeong Factory Co., Ltd., Ltd. belonging to the P branch of the Korea Metal Trade Union P branch. Defendant F and G were employees of the Daejeon Factory Co., Ltd. under the control of Qgu branch of the Korea Metal Trade Union. Defendant A and B are members of the Qgu branch of the Korea Metal Trade Union, and Defendant I are members of the Korea Metal Trade Union, and Defendant I are members of civic groups

The Defendants were forced to leave the factory on February 2, 2013, with approximately 100 members of other labor union members, civic groups members, etc. in the above Bupyeong-si factory on February 2, 2013.
