1. At around 12:00 on February 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported a notice stating that “the victim F purchases EXA1” on the NAV Kaf, the victim F, in the Defendant’s residence located in the E and the second floor E, Jeju, and the second floor; and (b) stated that F would deliver the goods to F, if the Defendant first transfers the purchase price to F, despite the lack of intention or ability to sell EXE1.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired 154,00 won from F to the agricultural bank account in the name of the defendant on the same day as the purchase price.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired 630,000 won from G to a single bank account in the name of the defendant on the same day.

1. On February 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on the Defendant’s residence located in the Jeju-si E and the second floor, posted a notice stating that “The Victim H purchases solar PC” indicated in the NAV Round; and (b) on the other hand, the Defendant concluded that H would deliver the article first to H, if he/she did not have any intent or ability to sell the solar PC.

Accordingly, the Defendant received 122,500 won from H to a new bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day as the purchase price, and acquired it by fraud.

2. On February 22, 2015, the Defendant purchased a “computer traffic card” that the victim I entered on the Internet bulletin board in the victim I at the residence of the above Defendant.
