Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendants concluded a sales contract on the instant apartment lots G (hereinafter “instant apartment”) with Taean Golf Host Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Taean Lelcom”) as follows (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) and paid part of the price.
The payment of the purchase price of the same kind (cost) as the Defendant Contract Day A on September 14, 2007, No. 605, 370,000,000 270,000 B on May 11, 2007, 2007, 40,000 C on May 101, 200, 606, 300,000,000 C on September 101, 2007, 905, 400,000,000,000 on September 18, 2007, and 250,000,000 for rental deposit.

B. On January 31, 2008, the Taean Golfel completed the registration of ownership preservation on the apartment of this case. On the same day, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the apartment of this case due to the trust from Tae Taean Golfel.
The main contents of the trust agreement entered into between Taean Golfel and the Plaintiff are as follows:
