The Plaintiff Company purchased the beneficiary certificates of private equity securities investment trust (hereinafter collectively referred to as “instant beneficiary certificates”) on behalf of the rest of the Plaintiffs and F at the annual agenda of the Defendant Company with E’s recommendation and guidance, as indicated below.
