1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 634,518,300 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 23, 2016 to the date of full payment.

From September 15, 2014 to September 9, 2015, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with ready-mixeds equivalent to KRW 993,889,00 (including value-added tax) in total at the sites of apartment construction works, nine household detached houses construction works, and construction works, etc. within the boundary of sunrise, in order to ensure that the Plaintiff received only KRW 359,370,70 from the Defendant.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 634,518,300 (=93,889,000 won - 359,370,700) and the said amount from the day following the delivery date of the copy of the application for the payment order of this case to the day of full payment.
