A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal record] On August 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for at least ten months due to intrusion of structures at night in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 16, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1. On December 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the house through the entrance door of the entrance door that was not locked; (b) cut off with a 1380,000 won of the city; and (c) cut off with a 1 set of 1 set of golf loans with a 90,000 won of the city and a 1 set of 90,000 won of the city; and (d) cut off with a 1 set of less than 1 set of money with a 90,000 won of the city, from around that time to June 1, 2017, the Defendant invaded the victim’s house and building at least four times in total, as shown in attached Table 1 for the crimes, and stolen property at least 4,710,000 won in total.
2. On February 28, 2017, at around 08:00, the Defendant: (a) obtained one stamp at the time of Samsung Ggal juthm of the lost market value of Samsung G, but did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; (b) embezzled the property that he/she had on his/her own, and (c) embezzled the property that has been occupied by the victim.
3. On April 7, 2017, the Defendant infringed upon a house by entering the house through a door door, which was not locked on a well mind, and invaded upon the victim’s residence, at around 19:00, the victim I’s house located in H and 3 stories in the Gu, Si, si, Si, si, and Gu.
4. From around 04:00 to around 05:00 in April 2017, the Defendant was at the office of “K” operated by the victims J of the victims of the old and the second floor of the Si, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked window; (b) intruded into the office; (c) one snick project with the market price of at least 1.4 million won; (d) one snick beam project with the market price of at least 600,000 won; and (e) theft with one snick project with the market price of at least 40,000 won; and (e) during the period from around that time to May 2017, the victims were at least three times in total, such as the second snick list of crimes.
