A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant engaged in occupational embezzlement from December 21, 2016 to May 22, 2018, and from June 30, 2018 to March 22, 2019, as D’s employee who is operated by the victim C (hereinafter referred to as “victim”) on the first floor of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Building B (hereinafter referred to as “victim” in paragraph (1)).

A. A. On April 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received an order from the victim to exchange KRW 10,000 Onnuri gift certificates in cash; and (b) used the said gift certificates in cash at F stores located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, to exchange KRW 5,00,000 for the said cash at KRW 5,00 for the victim; (c) around that time, the Defendant used the said gift certificates for personal purposes, such as sports Saturdays and gambling, in mind.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzleds the property of the victim who has been in custody of business.

B. Around May 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 3 million in cash from the victim as the price for private goods on or around May 20, 2018; and (b) received KRW 1,279,500,000 in cash from the victim; and (c) around that time, the Defendant used the said money for personal purposes, such as sports Saturdays and gambling, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzleds the property of the victim who has been in custody of business.

C. Around May 21, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 3 million in cash from the victim as the price for private goods on or around May 21, 2018, and around that time, used the said money for personal purposes, such as sports Saturdays, and used the said money for personal purposes.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property in his occupational custody. D.

A criminal defendant from January 22, 2019 to March 19, 2019 committed on or around January 22, 2019 is a 300-frequency amounting to KRW 330,000,00 in the above marina office around January 22, 2019.
