A. The defendant is a non-legal entity established for the purpose of improving the physical strength of Do residents, training excellent mountain workers and leaders, etc., and is the sole non-legal entity of the mountain items that have exclusive bargaining rights for the higher-level organizations, J organizations, etc. The plaintiffs are the representatives of the unit mountain conference to which the defendant belongs or the representatives of the defendant.

B. On October 24, 2012, the defendant's board of directors deliberated on and approved the bill on the election management regulations for the chairperson, which was presented by the National Federation of Mountain Cooperatives to ensure the fairness of the chairperson's election.
