Punishment of the crime

Defendant (hereinafter “C”) shared information about entertainment rooms with each other, and sought cash at the adult entertainment room and the adult PC game room in each region across the nation including Busan, and made a false report to the effect that if the Defendant does not comply with the demand, the Defendant’s business owner threatens the police officer to visit the entertainment room’s place of business, and made it possible for the police officer to visit the entertainment room’s place of business by means of the Defendant’s report, and to take advantage of the fact that, if the police officer leads to a significant obstacle to the entertainment room’s business, it may receive cash from the owners of drinking businesses, and if the Defendant driving away from customers, it may take advantage of the fact that it would interfere with the entertainment room’s business. At least once a month and twice a month, the Defendant took cash from the owners and employees.
