Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2017, at around 05:05, the Defendants shared, on the front side of the D-ro located in Seongdong-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, on the ground that Defendant A spits spiting the ice against the victims' daily behaviors, and the victim E (22 years of age) this Defendant A called “the spit spiting spiting spite against the friendship-gu.” Defendant A made the victim’s face go beyond the victim’s face on one occasion on one hand; Defendant A spits the victim’s face on one hand; Defendant B spits the victim’s head debt and spits the victim’s face on another hand; Defendant B spited the victim’s face on two occasions, such as the victim’s face on one occasion, and Defendant B s ambling the victim’s face on two occasions, such as the victim’s oral therapy, and Defendant B s ambling the victim’s face on two occasions.
