The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The accused of the grounds for appeal has no assaulted the victim;

2. The judgment of the court below is based on the evidence duly adopted and examined, i.e., the following circumstances acknowledged by the court below: (i) the victim stated in the police investigation that "the defendant made a concrete statement about the course of the crime of this case, i.e., the defendant's appearance, sound, and disturbance that the defendant scambling the second floor, i.e., the defendant scambling the second floor, i.e., the defendant scambling the second floor, i., i.e., the defendant scambling the second floor, ii) the victim scambling the second floor, i.e., the victim scambling the second floor, i., i.e., the victim scambling the second floor, and scambling the victim scambling the above facts at the time of the assault; and (ii) the defendant sufficiently recognized the facts of this case as alleged in the facts charged."

Therefore, the judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case is just and there is no error of law that affected the conclusion of the judgment as pointed out by the defendant.

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since the defendant's appeal is without merit.
