Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2014, at around 17:25, the Defendant: (a) went through a dispute with the driver of a private taxi in front of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the road; (b) was dispatched from the slope D by the police officer of the Guro Police Station in Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul, upon receipt of a report that he was fighting; (c) the Defendant expressed that the police officer “I am flick, I am flick, I am the Marine Corps. I am flick. I am the Marine Corps. I am flick. I am flick. I am. I am this flick. I am. I am am.) at the place where there are many unspecified persons on the ground that he was bad.” On the same day, at around 17:58, the Defendant flick part of a slope D’s stroke at the Fbu of the Guro Police Station in Guro-gu, Seoul.”

Accordingly, the defendant insultingd the victim D and obstructed the legitimate execution of duties to maintain the order of police officers.
