B On May 26, 2011, the Ulsan District Court was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution in six months of imprisonment for fraud, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on September 17, 201.

1. The Defendants’ joint criminal conduct (2012 highest 3202) Defendant A reported marriage with E on February 19, 2010, but the marriage relationship was terminated on December 26, 2011.

The Defendants married with Defendant A, while residing together with the third 404 F building in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, E-owned, and prepared a false real estate lease agreement, etc. with respect to the third 404 of the above F building, and intended to borrow money as security, by using those materials which can easily have the seal impression of E.

(1) On June 30, 201, the Defendants entered “B” in the real estate lease contract form as “F building 404 in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, and “52 million won” in “B”, “E” in “B” and “E” in “B” and “B” in “B” column in the name of “B” in the name of “B” and written E’s personal seal impression in the name of “B”.

As a result, the Defendants forged two copies of the real estate lease agreement in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of exercising.

(2) On June 30, 201, the Defendants, at the notary public H office located in Ulsan-gu G, Ulsan-gu, a notary public’s office, as seen in subparagraph (1) of A, indicated “in preparing bonds and written consent,” stating “(a) the transfer of the rights and written consent” to “(a) the transfer of the rights and written consent” in the forged real estate lease agreement to D, and affixed E’s seal imprint in his name.

As a result, the Defendants transferred the rights and obligations in the name of E, a private document for the purpose of exercising.
