Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a B B driver's vehicle volume.

On December 2, 2013, at around 00:35, the Defendant driven the said vehicle up to 1 Kmm in front of the Child Welfare Center for the Msan Disabled Persons located in the Chang-si, Changwon-si, under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.169%, while under the influence of alcohol on December 12, 2013.
