A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Subsidy Management Act and fraud Defendant filed an application for subsidies with the Small and Medium Business Administration providing support to the Small and Medium Business Administration by providing a business plan, etc. to the “E” by posting Internet to the project cost management system established by the Business Start-up Promotion Agency established by the Victim and the Small and Medium Business Administration affiliated with the Republic of Korea, which was designated as the “organization exclusively in charge of business start-up promotion” from the victim’s office in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government

However, in fact, the e-mail containing the quota(s) attached to the business plan submitted by the defendant is not a negotiation by the defendant but a receipt from the F that the defendant had previously worked before, and the overseas sales place attached to the business plan was held by F, and the defendant was thought to submit a false tax invoice as evidence for some subsidies without a specific use plan, so there was no intention or ability to normally implement the business plan presented to the business start-up promotion agency.

The defendant shall be liable for the same damage from the non-existence of the name of the employee of the above start-up Promotion Agency.

7. 23.23.23 million won and 23 million won on December 17 of the same year were paid as subsidies for each of the above projects.

As a result, the Defendant received subsidies by false application or by other unlawful means, and at the same time, by deceiving employees belonging to the business start-up promotion center to receive property from the victim.

2. The Defendant attempted to commit fraud, around April 9, 2015, provided support to the “G” conducted by the Small and Medium Business Administration by means of posting a business plan, etc. in accordance with paragraph (1) after having access to the computer network managed by the Technology Information Promotion Agency, which was designated as a “specialized institution for technology promotion of small and medium enterprises” from the Small and Medium Business Administration affiliated with the victim of the Republic of Korea by the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
