1. The punishment of the defendant shall be determined by six months;

2. Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 3, 2016, from around 14 to 21:48, the Defendant engaged in the performance of official duties: (a) at the “Cju shop” located in Jinjin-si B; (b) the Defendant called the “Cju shop” after receiving 112 reports that the instant singing practice room was lost; and (c) sent to the site and took a bath to F, “A police officer would have dward in singing, singing, and knick,” and the Defendant continued to open the door and open the door, and “Cjus, kn, and knick,” and the Defendant continued to put the chin of the Defendant’s knife with the Defendant’s hand, and the said knife’s knife with the Defendant’s hand, and the Defendant continued to put the knife’s knife as the Defendant’s hand.
