A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

At around 08:00 on August 31, 2015, the Defendant concluded that “The Defendant would repair boilers first 500,000 won of the purchase cost of materials, such as boiler construction cost of KRW 900,000,00,000, to the victim C in the residence of the victim C located in Hanam-si.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to cut the boiler.

As above, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired 500,000 won from the victim for the purchase of materials from the seat to the victim.
