【Criminal Facts】
1. From February 25, 2015 to April 6, 2015, the Defendant habitually stolen 10 victims’ property at least 10 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, including one gold-free box, one gold-free plane, one gold-free plane, and one dust-free plane, which were located in the house of the victim D, located in the house of the victim of multi-household C (multi-household C) located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, and thus stolen 10 victims’ property from around that time to around 10 times.
2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. At around 15:40 on February 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided the “G” bank operated by the Victim F in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul; (b) provided the said Nonghyup Card to the victim, as if the Defendant was a lawful holder of the H CF card that was stolen, such as the table Nos. 2 attached hereto, and signed and issued the sales slip after paying one gold 1.40,000 won at the market price, thereby deceiving the victim and receiving property equivalent to the said amount; and (c) used the stolen liquid card.
B. On February 26, 2015, the Defendant, at the “K” bank operated by the Victim J in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul, on February 15:47, 2015, issued one gold sheet equivalent to 330,000 won at the market price by presenting the said Nonghyup Card to the victim, as if he was the lawful holder of the said Samsung C&C card, and signing and delivering it on the sales slip.
