A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:10 on June 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the 31st century located in Jeju-si, Jeju-si; (b) the victim D (the 48 years of age) who is an employee of the said C had changed the number of diseases; (c) however, the victim respondeded that he had been kept in the guest room, and (d) the victim was called “the victim” on the subject to which he was employed, and (d) the victim had a computer monitor at that place, who was in the seat, had taken the attitude to get the victim to get the victim, and then collected 1 bits, which are dangerous things and dangerous things, to the victim.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers in relation to 112 reported duties.
