A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended sentence for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court, and on February 16, 2012, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced 2 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. and ten months of suspended sentence was invalidated, and on May 27, 2013, the execution of each of the above sentence was terminated.

On July 29, 2013: (a) around 13:15, 2013, the Defendant: (b) sent the victim D’s “E PC” room in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to customers; (c) cut back the back of the body of the Defendant by hand, and cut off one of the computer mercis cards (e.g., lamps, RAM) equivalent to KRW 40,000,000 at the market price where the victim was put in, using the gaps of the victim’s surveillance negligence; and (d) cut off 44,00,000 won in total from Seoul, Gyeonggi-gu to July 16, 2014 by the same method, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
