Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, with respect to the defendant B, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 상해 피고인은 2015. 9. 17. 06:20경 진주시 D에 있는 E편의점 앞 노상에서, 커피를 마시면서 앉아 있던 불상의 동네 주민에게 다가가 아무런 이유 없이 시비를 걸다가 이를 말리던 피해자 F(64세)의 얼굴을 주먹으로 수회 때리고 왼쪽 귀를 물어뜯어 피해자에게 약 1주일간의 치료가 필요한 좌측 귓바퀴 표재성 손상 등의 상해를 가하였다.

At around 06:40 on September 17, 2015, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) arrested G workers belonging to the party district unit of the Gyeongnam Police Station, Jinnam Police Station, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report on the same criminal facts as the stated in the preceding paragraph, as a flagrant offender; and (b) made a statement as if he/she was his/her resident registration number, and subsequently unlawfully used another person’s resident registration number.

On September 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 06:50 on September 17, 2015, issued a request for the preparation of a certificate related to the arrest of flagrant offenders from the above G circumstances at the counter district of the Gyeongnam Police Station at the Gyeongnam-gu Police Station at the 341-21, Jinju-si, the other party of Jinju-dong, and (b) as if he were a pro-friendly B; (c) indicated the “B” as a typesetting pen and stamped the Defendant’s seal on the side

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the defendant forged a letter of confirmation, which is a private document related to a certificate of fact, and exercised it.

[2015 Man-Ma991] The Defendants found the Victim K (38 years of age) projected by Jmomoto 503, which was opened in Jmoto City, on June 4, 2015, around 22:10, the Defendants met with H, on the ground that the victim is in arrears with the user fees for mobile phones opened and used in the name of the Defendant B. H met met the front of the above guest room visit. Defendant A met the victim’s chests and shoulders by drinking and spaw, and Defendant B met the victim’s spawn with his hand.
