Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, the Defendants are above two years from the date of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person engaging in driving a vehicle EM5 vehicle.

In this case, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely operate the brake and steering gear of the motor vehicle by accurately operating the steering system and steering gear of the motor vehicle.
