A is the actual operator of the defendant B farming association established for the purpose of interim waste treatment, recycling, production and sale of organic fertilizers, etc.

1. In order to recycle food wastes as composts of farmland, Defendant A shall follow the purposes or methods of manufacturing fertilizers, the official standards of which are established pursuant to the Fertilizer Control Act, or by-product fertilizers designated pursuant to the provisions of the same Act;

The Defendant, using facilities for composting waste recycling conducted by B incorporated farming associations in the Navy, in the course of operation in the Navy, produced manure by crushing food waste after mixing it with the saw, fsaw, and saw fire, but then breaking it into the process of entry into force on February 8, 2014.
