1. Basic facts

(1) The Plaintiff was the owner of the registry on the PP 218 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. The Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the instant land under Law No. 41693, Dec. 6, 1972, by means of sale on November 25, 1972.
