A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

A. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in the foregoing Paragraph (1) above, assaulted the victim, as described in the preceding Paragraph, cut off the clothes of the victim, and taken seven photographs of the victim’s body using the mobile phone camera function without the victim’s consent.
