A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:20 on July 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a kitchen entrance and intruded into the house after the house, which was not corrected; (b) opened a kitchen door; and (c) removed the arms from the room; and (d) cut off with a female hand room containing 33,00 won in cash owned by the victim; (b) one credit card, one cash card, and five copies in a deposit passbook.
