Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 190, the Defendant concluded a family check contract with the Bank's most Dong branch and traded the check. From June 8, 2013 to August 5, 2013, the Defendant issued one check number D, issuer A, and the Bank's family check amounting to 5,00,000 won at face value on August 30, 2013, while the Defendant issued one check on September 9, 2013 at the Bank's store located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, the Bank's bank check amounting to 5,00,000 won at face value on August 30, 2013, which was within the period for presentment of payment, but the said check was presented on September 9, 2013, but did not receive a deposit shortage.
