A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2017, around 13:50, the Defendant driven a two-wheeled first-class car without obtaining a driver’s license from a two-way street front of the death of North-gu in the north-gu at the port of port to the front road of the Bank of Korea located in the same Dong from around 300 meters.
