Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 13, 2019, the defendant was married as a candidate for B's president in the second election of the head of the cooperative nationwide, which was implemented on March 13, 2019, and currently engaged in agriculture.

No candidate shall conduct an election campaign by transmitting video messages during the election campaign period.

Nevertheless, at around 08:00 on February 28, 2019, the Defendant sent a photograph of the name of the Defendant for election campaign in which his face, brief personal records, and marks are inscribed, using a computer, to a mobile phone of 792 members of the Plaintiff, along with a text message stating, “I will have taken place in the election of the president of the Association B. through a clean and transparent operation, and will have taken place in front before the creation of the Association. I sent it to the mobile phone of 792 members of the Association.”
