A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From August 13, 2003 to March 2015, the Defendant served as the president of the cooperative of the Incheon Metropolitan City B association (Article 12, 13, and 14). On March 13, 2019, the Defendant went out to the candidate for the election of president of the cooperative of Incheon Metropolitan City B association, which was implemented on March 13, 2019.

A person who intends to be a candidate for a violation of the restriction on contributions shall not make contributions during the period subject to the restriction on contributions (from September 21, 2018 to March 13, 2019), but the Defendant purchased 57 boxes from D to 2,738,000 won, and requested 57 persons on the register of its members to deliver one box to 44 family members of the association members and 44 members of the association, as shown in attached Table (1) of the daily list of crimes, from January 25, 2019.
