Punishment of the crime

1. On April 20, 2013, from around 19:00 to 23:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) from “Dju shop” operated by the Victim C (Woo, 54 years old); (b) from “Dju shop” operated by the Victim C (Woo) located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (c) on the ground that the drinking value has wninged, the Defendant was unable to enter the said Victim’s main business by placing the wall on drinking and walking the door, and making it difficult for customers who want to enter the said main store by avoiding disturbance, and thereby interfere with the said Victim’s main business by force

The Defendant, from around 20:00 on April 29, 2013 to 20:30 on the same day, at the same place as the above Paragraph 1, from around 20:0, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s main business by force, thereby obstructing the Defendant from opening the door of the said main store by avoiding disturbance, such as: (a) opening and closing the entrance at the victim’s “honing funeral. D.” on the said ground; and (b) opening and closing the entrance.
