The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Therefore, the defendant did not report it, and during the dispute, the defendant abused the victim's hand who was sprinking the victim's breath and boomed the telephone.

Determination of applicable provisions of law: To submit a written withdrawal of complaint to the effect that the victim under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act does not wish to punish the defendant after the prosecution of this case.
