1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 140,000,000 as well as KRW 1,00,000 per month from January 10, 207 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. On January 9, 2007, the Plaintiff indicated and lent KRW 140,000,000 to the Defendant as a monthly interest of KRW 1,00,000.
The plaintiff urged the defendant to return the loan over several occasions, but the defendant did not repay it.
Since the Defendant’s repayment period has expired since the date of receiving the peremptory notice from the Plaintiff, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 140,000,000 and the amount of KRW 1,00,000 per month from January 10, 2007 to the date of full payment.
