Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business for defendant A shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport;

4. Defendant C is a person who operates a class 1 comprehensive maintenance business with the trade name “K” in Pyeongtaek-si J.

An automobile management businessman shall receive the illicit money and valuables related to the business concerned.
